Hollywood Tour Guide

Does anyone know why the Hollywood Hills house at 414 St.Pierre Road, Los Angeles, CA 90077 can’t be sold?
The Paul R. Williams designed home has sat abandoned for decades, its carved stone entryway and Mediterranean-tiled patio visible through the overgrowth. As the street curves around the corner, through the neglected backyard is a spectacular deep blue swimming pool built like a winding river. Most tour guides claim the house was owned by Johnny Weissmuller, tv’s Tarzan, but he never actually owned it. Marion Davies, William Randolph Hearst’s long-time companion, has been suggested as another owner.
