Creative halloween costume ideas?
I need some ideas, I’m thinking like an iconic hollywood starlet or tv/movie character. I don’t want to wear a wig, so it needs to be based on a short female with short brunette hair. I really need help! Thanks in advance!

You could use a mascara-like brush on color to lighten up your hair and go as Twiggy with the 60′s retro look that should be easy to duplicate.
