A Glittering Date with the Stars at London’s One and Only Madame Tussauds Wax Museum

With the attendance of tinsel town hotties such as Jennifer Lopez, Will Smith, Kate Moss and Nicole Kidman the A- List party is only second to the Premier Night region which features Hollywood and Bollywood screen legends Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin and classic cinema icons with the likes of Spiderman, Shrek and the Terminator. Sports fans on the other hand should head down to Sports Zone where they’ll find Man U’s Rooney, David Beckham, F1 champ Lewis Hamilton and boxing heavyweight Mohammed Ali. The British Royals including dazzling princess Diana, Queen Elizabeth and Princes William and Harry occupy the Royal Appointment gallery which also includes wax figures of Prince Charles and the infamous monarch Henry the Eighth.
Songstress Beyonce Knowles and the iconic Beatles are found in the Music Zone where they share the spotlight with pop legends and divas such as Kylie Minogue, Christina Aguilera and guitar hero Jimmy Hendrix. British TV favourites line the halls of the TV Studio exhibit while Warhol’s Women explores the celebrated artist’s Hollywood muses as well as his illustrious two decade career. History buffs however must step inside The Spirit of London gallery which documents the evolution of the British capital over the years. The Behind the Scenes section is also worth a visit as it deals with the complex process of creating the larger-than-life wax figures with such meticulous attention to detail.
