Staying in hollywood walking distance to all attractions for cheap?

looking for a hotel for cheap around the area within walking distance. Under $100 a night. If you could help that’d be great, post a link if you could. Thanks.

Couple of problems there:

First, LA isn’t cheap. It’s quite expensive. Most of the cheap places under $100 are REALLY nasty. Documented bedbugs and all…

Second, LA attractions are SPREAD OUT. Hollywood is a good 30 miles from Disneyland, about 15 miles from the beaches, etc.

I recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Hollywood if you must stay in a less exepensive place, or the Best Western Sunset Plaza. The HI is around the corner from the Chinese Thetater, Hollywood and Highland, and Walk of Fame.
