i need help painting my room!!!!!?

so i have this really yucky light brown carpet and pee yellow walls. the owner before us painted it like that. so i want to repaint it wayyy badly. i’m stuck with flower prints EVERYWHERE and i wanna change that. i am on a tight budget.
i’d like my walls like a green, gold, champage color and a purple. but i don’t know what pattern. i want tons of pillows so where is the best place to find them for a cheap place? my whole theme is umm like royal and hollywood style combined.
so where is the best place of getting cheap things like new breadspread, canopy, and pillows????
