hex makeup school in houston..is it a scam?

im looking to be a professional makeup artist and i came across this one program its called hollywood expression makeup…b.k.a “hex” the website is called hexmakeupartist.com
can anyone tell me if this might be a scam? the website looks kinda ghetto..lol
but i really just want to be a makeup artist i dont want to do hair. which is why im not gonna go to a beauty school because that would mean i have to do hair as well and im not passionate about hair so i think i shouldent have the right to do peoples hair ,but makeup on the other hand is my passion..if this is a scam does anyone know of any schools or programs here in HOUSTON TEXAS that i can go to, to become a professional makeup artist and is acutally certified!! please help me..thank you so much. xoxo-meee!

You will have to do some serious research and and visit the place in person. In all honesty. I think you should go with your gut instinct. If u feel the place isn’t “professional” enough then u should look into some other schools. You need to do research on if the place is certified.
