Hollywood Diet Cookie
Has anyone used the Hollywood Cookie Diet? Does it work? How much did you loose and did you keep it off?
Yes it does work, as it basically helps you control your calorie intake (the cookies are not a normal cookie but contain balances of proteins, carbs, minerals and vitamins). I’ve been losing weight consistantly now for 3 weeks (started at a US size 8 / UK size 12) and have lost around 12 lbs, and a dress size. It now means that I can look forward to my evening meal and eat out in restaurants without picking at food – as my calories have been restricted during the day through eating the cookies.
