Is the Hollywood Miracle Diet (48 hours) gentle on your body? After how long of starting do you feel the urge
to go to the bathroom and do you really get stuck in the bathroom all day long or is it controllable? Thanks!

I havent tried that one cuz it’s too expensive. I buy the China Slim Tea instead and it does the same and it’s only $3 for 20 tea bags, which lasts you 20 days. That tea kicks in about 4 to 10 hours, depending how constipated you are. And so as long as you drink it around noon, then you should be home in the evening running to the bathroom instead of worrying about it in the day. And yes, when it starts to work, your frequency of going to the bathroom depends on how much food it has to clean from your system. That tea works great. Look for it if you have an Asian store anywhere near you.
