Chinese Hollywood

Do you believe chinese actors are stereotyped in hollywood films?
Hi, I’m an A level media student and need people to state their opinion to this question for my coursework. Thanks to evreyone who answers it
well yes, its easy to say they are.
most chinese actors can only get roles in martial arts films, or if theyre in non-martial arts genre its usually as a gang member etc. to delve into foreign cultures such as chinese culture is looked down upon, for example the rush hour films.
the states still hold very conservative ideas which we see from foreigners being represented as a threat. they are usually defeated by an all-american hero who returns the world back to equilibrium.
