NYC Broadway tickets how to get cheap?
Is it cheaper to buy tickets on discount posters or website to get in NYC?? How I can get a good deal?
The cheapest way is to go to the TKTS discount booth (unsold) tickets – they would rather sell tickets at reduced prices that have empty seats in the theater. However, you have less choice as to what shows you can see, it depends on what is free on that day. TDF operates three TKTS booths in New York Discount: 1. The Times Square Booth sells tickets day of performance only. 2. The South Street Seaport Booth sells tickets for evening entertainment in the day of performance, and matinee tickets the day before. 3. The Brooklyn Center Booth sells tickets to shows in the night on the day of performance, and matinee tickets the day before. All the sites sell tickets at 50%, 40%, 30% and 20% off regular price (plus $ 4.00 per ticket service charge, which helps support other services and programs TDF). The availability and ticket inventory changes throughout the day and at the discretion individual productions. Check the time for the stand you want to go, and arrive early. The line may, hours before the booth opens – but maybe check out the cabin Brooklyn, may be less crowded than Times Square.
