sheet music – where to get some online?

Anyone know where I can get free or cheap sheet music / song books online? I am currently taking singing lessons and what I'm looking for are songs from Broadway and pop mostly rock / pop. I love 80s rock ballads of power and also love to get some new things like Kelly Clarkson and Alicia Keys. I do not want to get a song with the same one or two songs I know. So maybe it's better if I just sheet music. I know there is a place where I could download and print some myself … Anyone know where I could get those? Thanks!
