Tim Horton Service (West Broadway, Vancouver, BC) is so bad!?
Just visit Tim Horton (West Broadway) twice and was attended by the girl herself. The first time you order soup and rolls, and she just dump the bun in the bag and throw the bag on the counter and said nothing. I wonder what the soup (cuz there are 2 people waiting to order) just said "buns and soup" in a very low and rude tone. The 2nd time for a cappuccino, vanilla coffee is put on the counter and just walk away, she do not care or say it's a vanilla cappucinno even have a customer waiting a few, I have to ask the customer if another coffee order. Just want to know, is it becuz Tim Horton for a large company that can leave his personal work with such attitute??
This is happening in especially in establishments such as Tim Hortons. It used to be that it would be to thank me when I went through the drive through to get my coffee … Now I say thank you and say nothing. Everyone seems to be struggling to get good staff and when you're desperate for workers, let them get away with more. When times are not as good, sure we will see more employees that is little more to keep their jobs.
