Returning to New York for the holidays! How should I plan this trip?
Hey guys I have 22 years and born in New York I moved to Florida And almost a year ago I visited the largest city in the world! My New York! I was born in Queens, but grew up in Long Island. When I was a kid I use forever love going to the city during the weekends, so much fun. There is something about the city that puts me in my element lol (if that makes any sense). What so is a reasonable amount of money to be saving? I want to stay in a hotel of course, need not be five star lol just have to be very close to the city. I on my own. My plan is to stay for a week. I pretty much know what I do. Yankee game, Empire State building, comedy show, Broadway show, ….. so some of my favorite things I use to do. Are there good places to help me plan it? It's funny that I can save to go anywhere, but I choose to visit New York my home. I hope to be well represented NY hehe Thanks guys!
If you are from New York, I'm not sure what type of planning help you need. Yahoo Travel includes a travel planner "that lets you assemble the different activities. YourFriendIn is a site that specializes in just that: having a job to someone with a draw a comprehensive plan personal travel. Is a great service if you are willing to pay for it (I've seen the results and are really well done). Then there's TripIt, NileGuide, TravelMuse, etc that offer help in planning your own way. They vary in detail and general utility (YourFriendIn is the most complete), so it is really up you to decide what help you need and that may be appropriate. Good luck.
