Theater Review – "Monty Python's Spamalot" of
If there is one musical you see in your life that is "Monty Python's Spamalot." Theater has a bad reputation in the day and age of IMAX 3D blockbuster, but "spam" takes to the stage of hearing something not seen before, fish dance Finland slaps. Uh, well, that and more. In an adaptation of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail," Spamalot "brings the best of Monty Python movies with the best of music theater. So take British humor, intelligent songs, real talent, imagination and a love story that Smoosh together and make them Tony Award-winning show.
"Spamalot" is the tale of King Arthur, his quest to recruit men, not days, but the knights and his quest to find the Holy Grail, as shown to them by the feet of God and fulfill all the requirements of a Broadway show. Is it a prerequisite to see "Santo Grail "before" Spam "? Only if you want to laugh at the mere mention of the word" Ni "line before the coup, but no fear viewers no Grail, the play has it all and laugh in the same way as the rest of them in the line of "It's just a scratch."
The show is like a great break from traditional theater musical cliché (that I know and love a minor in theater myself.) I can not begin to tell you how terrible it is to sit and relax in a program and do not know how naive is courted by the cab and brave main character or other points of the plot predictable. "Spamalot," even mocks the formulas that have created back instantly at the mention of the word "musical." Just prepare to laugh your ass off social commentary in the British satire creative and fun.
I do not consider myself well versed in many things, but musical theater is definitely one of them, and that just good ol 'a lot of experience behind me, I recommend "Spamalot" as a show that anyone, young, old, men, women, almost died, French or otherwise would enjoy. Here is the link to verify your target = "blank"> travel time and we expect grab it before some French guard otherwise you might fart in your general direction. So be careful and not out of control Monty "Python's Spamalot."
